UsableSchools is a team that help manage your school website (or websites) for a fixed cost per year, ensuring that its your website, under your control. At the core is a CMS which stands for Content Management System - in reality it is more of a web publishing system, but packaged with this is the software support and tools to allow you to have a worry free school website.
You decide how it looks, what goes on when you want to. We provide an easy to use ‘web based’ system that you can easily log into and update your pages. Designed to be:

Single System
What makes us really different - all websites are controlled by one single CMS. Which means that when we update and improve the CMS it updates it not just for one school, but for all schools.
This means that you don’t have to worry about license costs, complex on site installation or even hosting. Just one fixed costs covers our base package for a year, this includes:
- Hosting
- Training session (whilst we don’t believe training is essential to use our system, we know that it helps get your off to a flying start)
- Email (for all of your staff and all of your students)
- Telephone and email support
- Community forum (in development, allowing for Peer to Peer support)
- Unlimited users (unlike some systems where only a select few people are licensed).
